The Biggs Buildings is a small 1-story limestone building on a prominent corner of Glasco. The façade, with its cast iron posts manufactured by Great Western in Leavenworth, appears relatively intact. It was built in 1887. A two story limestone building on the northwest corner of the town square the hotel is within Yates Center’s Courthouse Square Historic District. A portion of the buildings west masonry wall is badly in need of repair. The hotel houses a catering business.
